7" OPERA CAKE

Layers of coffee accented Devil's Food cake, mocha buttercream, mocha whip cream, and pure dark chocolate ganache.

7" CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY TORTE

This decadent cake starts with a fudge brownie which is layered with raspberry preserves, dark chocolate ganache, and a flourless chocolate cake. Enrobed in more dark chocolate ganache and finished with ganache rosettes.

7" FLOURLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

Chocolate flourless cake enrobed in dark chocolate ganache. (Truffles on top of cake not included)

7" BANANA CHOCOLATE TEMPTATION

Our homemade banana walnut cake is layered with Belgian dark chocolate mousse and creamy banana custard. Completely wrapped in a wave pattern sponge and finished with dark chocolate ganache and hand dipped walnut halves.

7" LEMON COCONUT WHITE CHOCOLATE CAKE

Layers of a light spongecake encase layers of a creamy Belgian white chocolate mousse and a tingling layer of fresh lemon curd. Iced in real whipped cream and covered with lightly sweetened flakes of coconut.

7" BLACK AND WHITE MOUSSE CAKE

Two layers of moist chocolate cake sandwich creamy dark chocolate mousse and white chocolate mousse. Finished with shards of dark chocolate.

7" CARROT CAKE

Moist and delicious, three layers of our carrot cake are filled with cream cheese frosting and topped with toasted caramelized crumbs of carrot cake.

7" GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE

Layers of dark chocolate cake are filled with our homemade classic German filling.

7" TIRAMISU

Our creamy homemade Italian Mascarpone custard fills layers of spongecake laced with coffee. Finished with a dusting of cocoa powder, whip cream, and chocolate coffee beans.
