PROFITEROLE (CREAM PUFF)
This delicious classic starts with a Pate a Choux pastry which is filled with a creamy vanilla custard. Hand dipped into dark chocolate and drizzled with white chocolate.
WILD STRAWBERRY CAKE
Wild strawberry buttercream bursts with flavor between layers of vanilla spongecake accented with a sweet strawberry syrup. Finished with a decorative pink striped sponge.
ZUCCOTTO
Hazelnut mousse enrobed in dark chocolate on a layer of spongecake accented with frangelico.
APRICOT PISTACHIO
Layers of buttery pound cake and spongecake laced with rum syrup are filled with the finest apricot jam and a pistachio buttercream. Finished with a polka dot sponge, pistachios and sweet dried apricots.
CRÈME BRULEE CHEESECAKE
Our buttery graham cracker crust is filled with a vanilla creme brulee cheesecake. Each delicious cake is hand fired to give that authentic brulee finish.
CAFÉ OLE
A dark chocolate band wraps around chocolate cake, espresso ganache, and creamy espresso mousse made with fresh brewed coffee. Finished with espresso whip cream and decorated with a plaque of chocolate and chocolate mocha beans.
MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP BROWNIE
Our fudgy dark chocolate brownie forms the base of this creative bite size creation. Layered with a dark chocolate glaze and topped with a pyramid of mint white chocolate chip mousse. A final drizzle of white chocolate adds to its flair.
RASPBERRY CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
A dark chocolate espresso cup is filled with creamy chocolate mousse and raspberries. A ganache glaze and a fresh raspberry finishes this elegant mini creation.
TIRAMISU
A mascarpone custard accented with Marsala wine is layered with coffee laced spongecake. Hand dipped into dark chocolate and finished with lightly sweetened whip cream.
LEMON ROULADE
Our tart lemon curd mousse is rolled into a light spongecake and enrobed in a lemon curd glaze. Elegantly finished with stripes of white chocolate.
CITRUS CHEESECAKE
A chocolate cookie crust nestles a creamy orange accented cheesecake. Layered with homemade lemon curd, and swirled with an orange glaze.
