HannahMax Baking is not only committed to bringing you the best artisan crafted desserts, but we are committed to assuring that all our customers receive product that has been manufactured under the strictest food safety and quality standards. HannahMax Baking receives Superior ratings yearly from third party auditing organizations including SQF, the American Institute of Baking (AIB) and the National Sanitary Foundation (NSF). We have staff dedicated to overseeing the quality of product manufacturing and the ongoing implementation of food safety protocols.

Its founder, Joanne Adirim, CEO & Corporate Pastry Chef, is integral in the development of all new pastry concepts and works with key customers to assure their experience with our company is outstanding. Joanne is also dedicated to helping many charitable organizations as well as creating programs for our employees to help make the working experience at HannahMax and their personal lives a success.

HannahMax Baking is conscientious and dedicated to keeping our planet healthy. We are committed to recycling all plastics, corrugated, and paper items. And our manufacturing plants’ lighting and cooling systems were designed with our environment in mind.
WHERE WE STAND ON TRANS FAT
HannahMax Baking uses only real dairy products – butter, cream, milk, whole cheeses, and sour cream. We don’t use any hydrogenated oils which contain Trans fats.
ALLERGENS
All our products are manufactured on equipment that may process products containing wheat, soy, milk, eggs, treenuts and peanuts. In an effort to reduce the risk from allergen cross contamination, strict allergen monitoring programs are an integral part of our product processing.

HannahMax Baking is adept at creating desserts to meet your unique product requirements. We have been successful for over 18 years providing large food enterprises – restaurant chains, grocery chains, hotels, etc – with an array of dessert creations developed by our R&D team or utilizing recipes provided by the customer. SHIPPING & HANDLING
HannahMax uses many distributors across the country. For information as to key markets across the U.S. that have our product, call our customer service personnel. If we are not in your local market, we can help you find a distributor to potentially bring on our product line. We also ship our orders through common frozen truck carriers and can have product shipped directly to you.
