HannahMax Baking will
extend credit to wholesale customers in good standing ordering in
excess of $750 monthly. Please download, complete, sign, and return
the credit application below (html or MS Word).
Credit applications
must be fully completed and signed by an officer of your company
in order to be considered.

Our products are delivered
daily using our own vehicles and distribution channels. Ask your
current food distribution company if they carry our fine line of
products.

Cakes and pies may be
ordered: uncut, pre-marked, pre-sliced in 12, 14, or 16 portions.
Individual cakes, cheesecakes, and tarts are served in both large
and small case sizes that vary depending on specific product dimensions.
We are a HAACP Facility;
with a quality control program designed by a micro-biologist.
Every product is rigorously
inspected and shipped in custom designed packaging to ensure
that our quality premium products arrive in perfect condition.
