A ginger cookie baked with pure molasses and dipped in crystal sugar.

CRANBERRY CIELO BARS

The perfect holiday treat starts with a chewy ginger bar filled with tart dried cranberries and chunks of white chocolate. Topped with cream cheese frosting and finished with drizzles of white chocolate and sprinkled with tart dried cranberries.

Yellow sponge cake rolled with fudge buttercream. Covered in more fudge and glazed in dark chocolate ganache.
